Returns Policy
Return Period: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
Request a Return: Contact us by email at threyas.fashions@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the reason for return and the items you wish to return.
Return Approval: Upon receiving your request, we'll review it and send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at threyas.fashions@gmail.com. We'll promptly resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the perfect item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the desired piece.The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
COD orders will be confirmed by call before shipping.
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded on the original payment method (minus shipping charges).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may apply.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
