Return Period: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Eligibility: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return Approval: Upon receiving your request, we'll review it and send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Exchanges: The fastest way to get the perfect item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the desired piece.The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. COD orders will be confirmed by call before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded on the original payment method (minus shipping charges).
