Return Period: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. Eligibility: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Return Approval: Upon receiving your request, we'll review it and send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages & Issues: Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at threyas.fashions@gmail.com. We'll promptly resolve the issue. Exchanges: The fastest way to get the perfect item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the desired piece.The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. COD orders will be confirmed by call before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded on the original payment method (minus shipping charges). You can request a cancellation through our website or by contacting us at threyas.fashions@gmail.com. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may apply. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
