Exchanges: The fastest way to get the perfect item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the desired piece.The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse. COD orders will be confirmed by call before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded on the original payment method (minus shipping charges). You can request a cancellation through our website or by contacting us at threyas.fashions@gmail.com. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
