Returns & Exchanges: Ensuring Your Satisfaction at Threyas
At Threyas, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Policy:
- Return Period: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
- Request a Return: Contact us by email at threyas.fashions@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, specifying the reason for return and the items you wish to return.
- Return Approval: Upon receiving your request, we'll review it and send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Return Shipping: Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damages & Issues:
- Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at threyas.fashions@gmail.com. We'll promptly resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to get the perfect item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the desired piece.The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations:
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
- COD orders will be confirmed by call before shipping.
- Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded on the original payment method (minus shipping charges).
- You can request a cancellation through our website or by contacting us at threyas.fashions@gmail.com.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times by your bank or credit card company may apply.
- If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at threyas.fashions@gmail.com.
